Wizarding World of CCJE fest concludes in Grand Gala Night, Awarding Ceremony

College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) brought its two-day festivities to a splendid close through the “Wizarding World of CCJE” Gala Night and Awarding Ceremony held on October 3, 2026, at the PHINMA University of Pangasinan Gymnasium.

Hon. Atty. Joey Tamayo, City Councilor of Dagupan, addressed the CCJE Knights with these words: “I hope I was able to fill your hearts tonight because by hitting the very weakness of your love, I know that you will become successful in your career.”

This grand finale celebrated the hard work, sportsmanship, and collective achievements of the CCJE student body, made all the more vibrant through the generous support of the festival’s partners — Studio 111, Dazy Matcha, and JRC Lights and Sounds, whose contributions helped bring the magical theme to life.

CCJE Dean Emmanuel A. Buan commended the students for their enthusiasm, unity, and exemplary conduct throughout the festivities.

Hufflepuff stood as the undisputed Overall Champion, with Slytherin and Ravenclaw placing first and second runners-up respectively.

CCJE Student Council crafted this year’s celebration around the enchanting Harry Potter-inspired theme, chosen based on the preferences voiced by the students themselves.

Each year level took on the identity of a distinct house — the Fourth Year as Hufflepuff, the Third Year as Slytherin, and the Second Year as Ravenclaw, fostering a shared sense of wonder, friendly rivalry, and unity that transformed the gathering into a truly immersive and memorable experience.

Activities included basketball and volleyball matches, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, Larong Lahi, Tug of War, and Longest Line challenge.

CCJE Governor Matthew Valdez expressed deep gratitude to every person who contributed to the success of CCJE Fest ‘26. To the CCJE Knights he emphasized “Lahat ng ito ay para sa inyo CCJE Knight, sa inyo ang gabing ito”.

The awarding ceremony formally recognized every participant and winning house, as well as the valued partners who stood with the college, before the evening concluded in fellowship and joy, leaving a lasting memory of a truly magical CCJE Fest.
