College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) honored board exam passers and topnotchers from the Departments of Nursing, Psychology, and Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) through a motorcade starting from PHINMA University of Pangasinan (UPang) Avenue followed by a ceremony at the Gymnasium held on October 7, 2026.
"Today, we see a living proof that excellence is not defined by where you start, but by the conviction, grit, and support that carry you through." Chief Operating Officer Engr. Lyndon D. Padama remarked.
During the August and September 2026 board examination, CAHS celebrated outstanding success across its departments.
"The goal is never just to get the title, it is to become someone worthy of carrying it." said Jeame Margareth Dizon, RPM, Top 8 in September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination.
MLS department produced 98 board passers, Nursing department achieved 444 board passers, and Psychology department welcomed 39 licensed professionals. CAHS also produced three topnotchers in Nursing and two in Psychology.
"I reached a moment in my life na tinatanong ko sa sarili ko if kaya ko pa, tapos iniisip ko nalang na kakayanin ko 'to, because I know that my family, my friends, and this institution will support me throughout." stated Bev Lyn C. Bautista, RN, Top 9 in August 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination.
Ivan Carlo N. Oller, RN, Top 10 in August 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination also shared, "May mga pagkakataon nagduda ako sa sarili ko, pero hindi mo naman talaga malalaman kung para sa'yo ang isang bagay hangga't hindi mo sinubukang ipaglaban."
UPang achieved exceptional passing rates across the board—the Department of Psychology secured a perfect 100% passing rate, the Department of MLS garnered a 98% overall passing rate, while the Department of Nursing achieved a 97.58% overall passing rate.

Angeline T. Vistro, RPM, Top 10 in September 2025 Psychometricians Licensure Examination reflected, "Behind this achievement are those people who sacrificed, prayed, waited, and believed in me, even when I couldn't believe in myself."
Dean Rosario Charisse R. Venzon expressed her immense pride and gratitude for what CAHS has achieved, commending the board passers and topnotchers for their hard work and excellence.
