University of Pangasinan Mechanical Engineering (ME) Department honored its August 2026 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination (MELE) board passers during the Mechanical Engineering Testimonial Rites held on September 18, at the Audio Visual Room.
Program began with the introduction of the August 2026 MELE board passers, presented by Engr. Wilson A. Sagisi, Program Head of the ME Department.
Each board passer shared their experiences, started with Engr. Nicky Salacsacan.
Thirteen new MEs reflected on their journeys throughout college, expressing their gratitude and sharing the experiences and challenges they encountered along the way.
Engr. Syrone Carl Cabinta reminded the students, “Laging ibigay ang best para sa huli, wala kang pagsisisihan.”
Meanwhile, Engr. Michael Jorge Estrada encouraged students not to lose heart after experiencing failure, saying, “Wag kayong panghinaan ng loob kapag bumagsak kayo, bumagsak kayo dahil meron pa kayong dapat matutunan.”
August 2026 MELE passers were Engr. Nicky Salacsacan, Engr. Henrico Marc Luis Biala, Engr. Wences Derek Buccat, Engr. Syrone Carl Cabinta, Engr. Diego Jay Cabrito, Engr. Arden Paul Calupit, Engr. Myca Cayabyab, Engr. Vincent Sergie Carbonel, Engr. James Delfin, Engr. Michael Jorge Estrada, Engr. Errol Laguardia, Engr. Franky Sarmiento, and Engr. Mhel Cris Ogoy.
